TensorPM is built by people who run real projects. Our goal is simple: make project context the single source of truth so AI agents and humans can act on the same up-to-date picture.

TensorPM is currently a small, focused effort led by Simon Schwer. We work in the open: methodology at contextdrivenpm.org, software at tensorpm.com, agent surface via MCP and A2A.
Simon Schwer
Founder · Project Manager (Semiconductor Industry)
Simon is a project manager in the semiconductor industry. Before that he automated laboratory operations worldwide (sample management). TensorPM and the Context-Driven Project Management (CDPM) methodology are both his work — born from years of running multi-site projects where stale, scattered context was the actual bottleneck, not the plan.
