Frequently asked questions
What counts as an active project?
A project in a Cloud workspace owned by your Business account that is neither deleted nor archived. Counting happens across all your Cloud workspaces. Local projects never count.
What happens when we reach our project limit?
Nothing is ever locked or deleted. You can archive finished projects at any time (they stay readable and searchable) or move up a tier. Adding new active projects beyond the limit is simply paused until there is room.
Do local projects count?
No. Projects in local workspaces are not synced and never count against your limit.
What happens to archived projects?
They stay fully synced and read-only: history, audit trail and decisions remain searchable — important for warranty and documentation duties. Reactivating counts against the limit again.
How do pooled AI credits work?
Business includes a custom monthly credit pool for the organization. When members use TensorPM AI inside your workspaces, usage is drawn from the pool. Business BYOK can route eligible prompts directly to your configured provider.
Can we pilot TensorPM first?
Yes. We offer a paid pilot: three months at a fixed price, up to 10 active projects, unlimited members and an onboarding workshop included. Pilot fees are credited towards an annual Business contract.
