Beyond action items, TensorPM provides supporting views that help you keep context complete and operational.
Stakeholders
Use the Stakeholders view to track the people involved in the project (decision makers, implementers, reviewers, external contacts).
Good stakeholder data improves:
- responsibility clarity
- dependency awareness
- communication planning
Budget
Use Budget to track cost and effort constraints.
Depending on your settings, you may see:
- budget buckets
- effort/budget visibility toggles
- currency preferences
Files
Files provides a project file explorer. You can store and organize relevant documents and artifacts.
If you use AI, files can also serve as input for context updates and distillation.
Distillates
Distillates are structured “proposed updates” that you review before committing to the project context.
Typical uses:
- turning notes into actionable context changes
- extracting requirements from files
- transforming messy input into clean updates
