Settings & Backups
TensorPM settings are available via a settings drawer.
General settings
Examples of settings you may find here:
- UI preferences (animations, row borders)
- session behavior (restore session)
- project display options (for example showing effort/budget)
- currency configuration
AI settings
Use the AI tab to configure:
- AI provider
- API keys (for BYOK)
- additional AI-related preferences
User settings
Use the User tab to manage:
- authentication (login/logout)
- workspaces
- subscription/upgrade actions
Backups
You can create and restore database backups from Settings.
Recommended practice:
- Create a backup before major refactors or imports.
- Keep backups outside of synced folders if you want to avoid accidental duplication.

Info (logs & uninstall)
The Info tab includes operational actions such as:
- "Open Logs Folder"
- "Uninstall App"
If you plan to uninstall or reset the app, create a backup first.
